杨锋，现任蓝海资本创始合伙人兼CEO，拥有超过20年风险投资、私募股权投资和资本市场从业经验，在生物医药、医疗器械和医疗服务等领域具有丰富经验，领导投资的项目总金额超过十亿美元等值。在创立蓝海资本前，杨锋先生曾担任建银国际等多家中外知名投资机构负责人，负责医药行业的美元投资和人民币基金投资；曾担任中东欧最大的私人金融机构PPF集团中国战略投资负责人和董事总经理；曾作为湘财证券风险投资部主要发起人，带领基金获得6倍回报，IRR达35%。近期主导的投资项目包括深信生物、克睿基因、科凯生命、君圣泰医药、博安生物、瑞博生物等企业。

 

Mr. Yang is the founder and CEO of BOCG. He has over 20 years’ experience in billions of venture capital and private equity investment with proven track records in biotech, medical devices and medical service companies across multiple capital markets. Prior to founding BOCG, Mr. Yang served as the managing director of CCBI, the investment arm of China Construction Bank, and was in charge of USD and RMB funds dedicated to healthcare investment; he also held several senior positions such as head and managing director of PPF Group, a leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe. As a founding member of the venture capital investment arm of Xiangcai Securities, Mr. Yang raised the fund and his investment led to 6x return and 35% IRR. The recent portfolio companies invested by Mr. Yang consist of Innorna, Cure Genetics, Koka Life, HighTide, Boan Biotech and Ribo Life Science.
